Very good in terms of quality and price, just that there is no possibility to pay by bank transfer, must have Visa or PayPal

Package delivered 48 hours late, and the packaging box was damaged... . Too bad, because the product has a very good quality/price ratio.

Nice seat but very very very heavy, we'll see when I install it in the car!

Simple and clear site, nothing to complain about at this level.
Negative point: few choices. At the time of ordering, the chosen car seat was no longer available, and no indication regarding restocking. We only had one possibility left in the G 1 2 3 category

Very good, I had bought it thinking I could do without a basic bouncer, but I had to buy another one while waiting for my daughter to grow (2 months). The swing is great, the concept is great, I absolutely do not regret my purchase.

Assembly a bit complicated due to the footrest being stuck under the chair. We managed to unblock it by tapping on it.

Following an order of a swing that is super good and received on time. The only issue is that speed 1 of the swing goes too fast and the crying detector does not work. I contacted customer service and they are supposed to send me a module. It has been 15 days since I reported my issue and my baby has not been able to fully enjoy his swing for 15 days. I hope it will be resolved. I want to emphasize that the swing is of good quality and as described.

I couldn't discover this swing ordered as a gift for a newborn but received 15 days after my order while I was on the road to visit the future parents. I do not intend to open my package, I will know more about it when it has finally been given. So apart from my disappointment regarding this late delivery, I cannot evaluate the product.
