Fast and perfect delivery! Assembly is not complicated at all, and the swing is really great!! Baby loves the little mobile that turns automatically, which is rare on swings!! I find that speed 1 of the rocking is already quite sufficient. The only minor downside for me would be the belt, the lower attachment is a bit high.. I am really very happy with my purchase!!! One of the best since the arrival of baby!!

Impossible to reach someone by phone at the indicated number. No waiting line and the voicemail being full, it is impossible to leave a message.

The delivery was disastrous. The seat seems to fit easily even though the very fragile aspect of the strap adjustment button needs to be explored.
