24 hours after ordering, I received it, it's great! However, I would have preferred if they took an extra day and didn't get the color of my cradle wrong! Just a heads up, and don't mention a return, it's fine... 8 months pregnant, I don't want to go through all the procedures...! But please be careful.

The article itself is of good quality and conforms to our order. However, your carrier GLS is absolutely not serious and competent, which greatly discredits your brand. After (supposedly!) 3 attempts without being able to deliver the package to its recipient (who was indeed present), we had to go ourselves twice to the GLS depot in Gennevilliers and insist on retrieving our package, which no one there could find!! It's really a shame because it does not encourage future orders on your site! Best regards,
