The article itself is of good quality and conforms to our order. However, your carrier GLS is absolutely not serious and competent, which greatly discredits your brand. After (supposedly!) 3 attempts without being able to deliver the package to its recipient (who was indeed present), we had to go ourselves twice to the GLS depot in Gennevilliers and insist on retrieving our package, which no one there could find!! The seat is a bit basic: To turn it 360 degrees, there are simply 2 springs without any cover. The biggest issue seems to be the depth of the seat: my 14-month-old son should have a booster in the seat since his bottom is lower than his knees, but there is only a newborn booster provided for babies up to 61cm. The sunshade does not hold and there are no instructions on how to fix it. For a bigger child, it might be suitable, but the seat is very bulky and ultimately not very comfortable for a 14-month-old baby, so I am a bit disappointed.
