Good site but not detailed and complete enough

Big problem with delivery and no information from the site or the carrier.

It was indicated that I would receive my product within 24/72 hours, I received it 3 weeks later after following up. So disappointed. Otherwise, the car seat is very good!

Missing the delivery time on the invoice

I had to argue with the delivery person, threatening him because he didn't want to come up while I specified that I was alone with my twins, so I couldn't go down to get my package. Aside from this incident, the bouncer does its job well; it doesn't vibrate, but it's quite nice.

The carrier made you go around in circles and we received the box very damaged, we wonder what happened during transport and where the box lingered!!

It is impossible for me to judge the product (The One car seat) received only 2 days ago, but it seems good and sturdy.
However, I am very disappointed with this site regarding delivery times.
More than 10 days instead of 48 hours (payment by credit card).

There are very good car seats, but the range for children is limited! No toys or anything, it's a shame.

Heavy use with stock errors

I find it unfortunate that I cannot contact an advisor. Exchange possible only by email and sometimes their response can be a bit slow, because for my part, I had a problem with the delay and delivery and therefore it was impossible to have someone on the phone to find a solution together.

Honestly, I am disappointed because I had chosen the red color and had to wait another 45 days so I preferred to choose another color and this was not announced at the start of my order, I was informed 3 weeks after ordering, however the seat is as I wanted, it seems to be of good quality, we'll see over time and it's easy to install.

The swing is perfect but the delivery with GLS was very disappointing.

I ordered a car seat that was supposed to arrive within 48/72 hours. I received several messages telling me every day that the delivery was postponed to the next day... so I received the seat 4 days later than expected. Just 2 days after my order, the price of the seat dropped by €20, so I asked for a commercial gesture specifying that I would have had the seat on the same date but €20 cheaper if I had ordered it 2 days later. Negative response on the grounds that the delivery did not exceed 7 days! Disappointed with the site. Regarding the car seat, the car in which it is installed is among the compatible cars and the surprise, the seat does not touch the car seat! Had to put towels underneath to fill the gap... it's mediocre, I'm not sure that the installation is approved under these conditions... but no commercial discount.

Not great communication on your part as I asked a question by email right after placing my order but I never received a response and then when I received my package I was very surprised to see that there was no cardboard packaging, only the original packaging of the swing so needless to say that the box arrived very damaged so I will be giving a nice swing but with a damaged package, as if it came from a second-hand merchant. So I will not order again and will not recommend anyone to order from you...

I did not navigate the site

Following an order of a swing that is super good and received on time. The only issue is that speed 1 of the swing goes too fast and the crying detector does not work. I contacted customer service and they are supposed to send me a module. It has been 15 days since I reported my issue and my baby has not been able to fully enjoy his swing for 15 days. I hope it will be resolved. I want to emphasize that the swing is of good quality and as described.

Swing received, too bad the speeds of the swing are very very slow, I have to push it with my hand otherwise everything works.

No crash test so little chance that it is of good quality

I couldn't discover this swing ordered as a gift for a newborn but received 15 days after my order while I was on the road to visit the future parents. I do not intend to open my package, I will know more about it when it has finally been given. So apart from my disappointment regarding this late delivery, I cannot evaluate the product.

The delivery was made to my neighbor without my consent and without verifying their identity. They could have been ill-intentioned and could have not informed me of the delivery. Very unhappy about this point.
