We received our car seat. We are very happy with it. We struggled a bit to discover all the features and understand the installation of the isofix base. I can't give the maximum rating because the baby is still snug and I can't give my opinion on his well-being in this car seat. In any case, it looks very comfortable and very safe. I have already made several purchases on this site but for the first time I am disappointed with the cradle purchased from bebe2luxe. I find that adjusting the height of the cradle is very difficult. The mattress does not come out to put on a cover and this is not specified in the product description. I do not recommend this product.

Given the limited number of items on the site, the choice is relatively quick, what bothered me a bit was the announced delay (2 and a half weeks) which ultimately arrived in just 3 weeks. Moreover, we were promised to follow the progress of the order, while in the end nothing moved until the day I worried about it with customer service towards the end of the announced delay.
