Hello. The product is good but the isofix system was blocked. My husband had to disassemble the entire back of the seat to unblock it. And now it’s the system to tilt it that is blocked.

Fast order, fast delivery but a bit complicated because the pickup point refused the package because it was too big. The color I initially ordered was no longer available (should be indicated as unavailable from the start) but otherwise very good customer service and responsive to manage these 2 small hiccups

Great product and timely delivery! The only downside is that I chose a pickup point from the list provided by Bébé2luxe, but the carrier did not service it. So I had to choose another one by going to the carrier's website.

Bought a year and a half ago for my second one, I ordered again with my eyes closed for my last one. Comfortable chair. Small downside, the disassembly of the covers for cleaning and it still lacks a small manual.
