The store consistently delivers fast shipping and timely delivery across diverse products, with many items arriving quickly and matching or exceeding description details. Customers frequently praise the reliability of delivery, careful packaging, and the ease of use or suitability of products for babies, including items that help with comfort and sleep. The product quality shines through satisfied remarks about design, durability, and how well items fit described features, with several buyers expressing strong recommendations and trust in repeat purchases. Overall, the experience is characterized by dependable delivery, accurate descriptions, and positive impressions of product performance and usefulness.
The delivery time for our order was far too long. Difficulties encountered in contacting customer service: email sent remained unanswered, phone calls in vain (voicemail full), no possibility to reach the carrier without a delivery reference and a phone call without response. However, a package was delivered on July 24 (order on the 1st). The item is in good condition and satisfies us.

Good site. Order and delivery turned out to be fast but problems with the carrier who first lost my package then delivered my package to a neighbor who did not live on the same street. Once the product was delivered it was in accordance with the order.

Good site but little choice if you don't need a car seat or high chair or swing, we don't know where to use our gift voucher offered by the site and shipping costs too high, too bad.

Very happy with my purchase, a gift for my little girl who is arriving at the end of August. The parents found the car seat very nice. Order delivered quickly

It was indicated that I would receive my product within 24/72 hours, I received it 3 weeks later after following up. So disappointed. Otherwise, the car seat is very good!

Following our order, the package was lost. We sent an email and received a response quite quickly. A new package was sent on Wednesday and we received it on Thursday. Professional and responsive team. We ordered the Split 3 in 1 and the The One 360 car seat. Good quality, I recommend this site to my friends without problems!

The car seat received seems very good. I haven't installed it in the car or tested it in a real situation with my baby yet, but the quality seems to be good. The only negative point: a customer service that is impossible to reach by email on the site. The delivery is quite fast, even though one corner of the package was damaged and the foam on one side of the seat bears some marks. However, I don't think this affects the quality of the seat (at least I hope so). But overall, I am happy with my purchase and would do it again.

Responsiveness to my request. The only downside is that you should change your carrier: indeed, GLS came once but did not ring the bell and there was no delivery notice in the mailbox even though we were present, the second delivery went better.
