Very happy with this site, good quality products with reasonable prices compared to those on the market. Extremely happy with their rotating group 0 seat that we bought in three copies around me, but a bit less with the group 1 2 3 seat, 9-36 kg.

After my order, the site immediately informed me that the car seat was being restocked, I wrote to customer service who reassured me about the delay I was waiting for, very responsive service, quick response, in a second email, this service confirmed to me that my product would be delivered on time, promise kept and the car seat meets my expectations.

I bought a swing, it is very good, my son loves it. The only downside would be the delivery, my package was lost and I had a lot of trouble receiving it, I am very disappointed about that, but I will order again soon, hoping not to be disappointed this time.

Nothing to complain about the delivered material and the excellent quality/price ratio for this car seat. However, the delivery leaves much to be desired: aggressive and unfriendly delivery person.

Quality car seat at a fair price. I am satisfied with my purchase. However, big downside on the delivery... First order lost by the courier and second delivery left in my street in plain sight. In short, I recommend Bébé 2luxe but advise against GLS. Customer service is very responsive at Bébé 2luxe

Delighted with my purchase, the seat is top-notch. Small downside, no manual inside and the little key, I called customer service, they were super nice and told me I would receive it by mail. Received but still no key, it's the one that apparently is used for the cover removal.
