Not serious at all! I ordered a swing, 2 weeks after my order no news. I follow up to get an approximate date for delivery (the shipment is supposed to be made 8 days later! Of course, none of this is specified at the time of purchase). 10 days later still no news, I follow up AGAIN to understand what is happening and finally the swing is no longer in stock in all colors... and then no, finally there is gray left! Their customer service by phone is almost always closed. They are still responsive to emails. For the product, I am satisfied but the communication is zero! So I give the 2 stars only for the swing.

You had the option to cancel your order at any time, and we thank you for keeping it despite the circumstances. Your package was shipped 14 days after purchase (order on 4/08, shipment on 18/08), a response was always given to your emails despite this delay, we do not understand where the unanswered emails are: the first email sent by you was sent on the 9th, response on the 10th to inform you of the delay, on the 17th we offered you a color exchange, and on the 18th your package was shipped.
