Not serious at all! I ordered a swing, 2 weeks after my order no news. I follow up to get an approximate date for delivery (the shipment is supposed to be made 8 days later! Of course, none of this is specified at the time of purchase). 10 days later still no news, I follow up AGAIN to understand what is happening and finally the swing is no longer in stock in all colors... and then no, finally there is gray left! Their customer service by phone is almost always closed. They are still responsive to emails. For the product, I am satisfied but the communication is zero! So I give the 2 stars only for the swing.

Response from BEBE2LUXE
Hello, we apologize for the delivery delay. As indicated several times by email, we encountered a production delay beyond our control. We informed customers as soon as new information was communicated to us. This has caused exceptional delivery delays for which we are sorry. You had the option to cancel your order at any time, and we thank you for keeping it despite the circumstances. Your package was shipped 14 days after purchase (order on 4/08, shipment on 18/08), a response was always given to your emails despite this delay, we do not understand where the unanswered emails are: the first email sent by you was sent on the 9th, response on the 10th to inform you of the delay, on the 17th we offered you a color exchange, and on the 18th your package was shipped. We remain at your disposal for any further requests from your customer area. Have a very nice day. Best regards, the Bebe2luxe team.

Hello, the site is very well done, it's affordable, few products but that's not a problem since you can't easily find these products elsewhere, the delivery is incredibly fast. Not disappointed so far, it seems to be quality.

The site is very easy to use, no issues with ordering and payment, but the delivery was super long, 7 days between dispatch and receipt of the package! My item meets my expectations.

Very long delivery, 1 month! However, the product is lightweight, easy to assemble, and the design is super pretty, easy to use and very practical to clean... however, I find the price a bit expensive.

I ordered an item and received the same type of item as a gift the day after my order. Therefore, I no longer needed the one I ordered and seeing no way to cancel the order on the site and without a response from customer service regarding the possibility of modifying my order (restricted opening days and hours), I thought to change the delivery address on the carrier's site to give it as a gift to a loved one. Although the new address is in another department, my request was successfully processed and the package was delivered to the desired new address, which prevented me from wasting my money and allowed me to please a loved one, despite the fact that after changing the address on the carrier's site, bebdeluxe eventually responded negatively to my email, explaining that it was impossible to change the delivery address. Ultimately, the carrier was more professional than the seller's site itself and satisfied me. Therefore, I deduct one star for the little flexibility of bebedeluxe in modifying or canceling an order before the package is sent, especially due to the restriction of customer service call hours which prevents being reactive. On the other hand, for the choice and professionalism of the carrier GLS, I maintain a high rating.

Response from BEBE2LUXE
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Once a package is shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any address changes; this is normal and not a lack of goodwill on our part. We are a small structure, so our hours are adapted to our availability; we do our best to satisfy our customers. However, we respond to all our emails within 24 working hours. You had the right reflex by contacting the carrier directly, who is more able to confirm whether an address change is possible or not since they were in possession of the package. We are glad that the package found a recipient. Have a nice day. Best regards, the Bebe2luxe team
