Satisfactory product. Compliant with the description. However, two small downsides. First, the button under the seat that needs to be pushed to the right for the cradle to move and swing would disengage by itself and return to the left in a fixed position, and the swinging would stop. We reported this to customer service, who quickly sent us a video explaining how to lock the button in the swinging position. And it worked. But in the provided manual, the explanation is not clear. Then a small downside regarding folding, it's quite hard. Otherwise, the cradle is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. Satisfactory overall.

The ordered item is very good but still lacks some elements for the quite expensive price. Wheels and brakes to easily move the item and stabilize it securely. An accessory allowing to use the "nomadic" rocking function so that you can leave the base at home but use the rocker for travels.

Shipped and received quickly (all in less than a week). It assembles easily, takes up little space when folded, works very well. I like the colors a bit dull for a baby, but that's just my opinion. The one for girls is prettier to my taste, but I'm expecting a little boy. Now to test for comfort, but the baby arrives in 3 months, so a bit more patience :) For the price, for now, I recommend it!!
