Happy with this swing.
Baby is not here yet so I can't try it with him.
The only downside I would say is the mobile's foot which is not fixed at all. It moves back and forth when the swing mode is on.

This product is practical, we can easily transport it with us. And this 3-in-1 function cradle chair.. is a time saver.
It is also of very good quality.
Just aesthetically, I would have preferred that the mosquito net attachment is not visible on the bed. I would have preferred it to be clipped under the fabric and then covered with the pressure.

Hello, I could have given 5 stars if a small downside, the maximum weight had been well indicated - for info it's 9kg or about 6 months - otherwise super fast delivery considering the period and assembly was okay.

We found the site very good. Apart from a computer bug on the site which caused a delay in processing the order, everything was resolved very quickly thanks to the quality of customer service. We received the packages 2 days later, so great!

The site does not seem serious enough. I assembled the crib but I have concerns about the comfort because the small mattress is cut since it transforms into a seat, I am afraid my baby will be poorly positioned for sleeping. Is there not something to do or a small mattress to add? Thank you. Best regards.

Product ordered in duplicate because of twins, received after a month despite the lockdown. However, a few problems: neither of them works with batteries and one is missing a screw to attach the canopy. It is also regrettable that the mattresses are too thin for nights with no possibility of removing the harness for the comfort of the babies in cradle mode. For future versions, wheels would be a plus.

Fast and meets my expectations, nothing to say it works super well. The only downside is that the arch was mounted upside down so I had to disassemble it and it's a hassle to put it back right..

I received the Louna cradle today, it is solid and pretty, the only downside is that I received the hood with the arch defective, the clips are upside down.. I contacted customer service and they will send me a new one, to be continued..

We received our car seat. We are very happy with it. We struggled a bit to discover all the features and understand the installation of the isofix base. I can't give the maximum rating because the baby is still snug and I can't give my opinion on his well-being in this car seat. In any case, it looks very comfortable and very safe. Received quite quickly given the current circumstances. I can't wait to see how it performs with little heart inside.

Used for two days so far, the bouncer is already assembled, so great. Delivered two days early. Negative side: the instructions are not very clear. We had to guess why we had an adapter plug and batteries to put in. It's either the batteries and you have to plug the little wire into the hole, or leave it in the plug.

I love the stroller, it is very functional, not heavy, everything can be removed to be machine washed, it even has a mosquito net. The only issue is that the mosquito net cannot be removed... But I recommend it especially for its price.
