The product is excellent. Very stable, secure, and entertaining for the baby. It lacks wheels to be perfect! However, GLS is not a very serious delivery service... Two delivery attempts canceled without even informing me, I spent two days at home waiting for the delivery person who kept it to deliver it on Saturday when he normally doesn't work...

Fast delivery, but disastrous administration: I received a validation notice for my order, then a cancellation notice, then another validation notice before receiving a new cancellation notice. I finally got my order on time, but I received exactly 53 emails in 72h informing me that my package was available at the relay agency, while it had already been picked up!

Very simple site with very few choices. However, I ordered a car seat, I absolutely needed it within 3 days, I specified this during my order, result, my package arrived earlier than expected, 2 days instead of 3 as planned! Great!

Apart from a few delivery issues that are not due to the site bebe2luxe but to the carrier GLS, the site is well made and the products for sale are of quality.
The only change to be made by bebe2luxe is to absolutely change carriers: "GLS" should be banned.
