Package received faster than expected, the swing is very beautiful, the photo matches the order received. The swing works very well even in terms of sound. In terms of value for money, I recommend it.

Fast reception, swing conforms, except that the arch with the three plush toys does not hold when the swinging is in motion. It shifts to 90 degrees, out of reach of the child.. Too bad. But otherwise the other mentioned criteria are respected.

Hello, I got to know your brand because it is present on Amazon, but then I preferred to buy directly from your site and I am very satisfied. The product among those offered on the market is one of the best and most modern. I hope my son will appreciate it when he is born.

Well-made site, but disappointing delivery. Package received with a 1-week delay, even though I received several emails saying it would arrive on different dates. We waited several days in a row to finally receive it in front of the gate without being notified.

Customer service is very responsive. The website is easy to navigate. The only small downside is the delivery. We receive messages saying that delivery will be on a certain day and the delivery person does not show up. And after that, we don't hear anything, so it's quite complicated to organize. Luckily, I was on vacation that week.

Good value for money, delivery time a bit longer due to the health situation but we are regularly informed about the tracking. I dealt with customer service once and they handled it well!

With the issues of COVID-19, there was a wait, but when we contacted to find out where the order was, we were well informed by phone.

Serious site. First exchanges were great. Delivery times were long but this is due to COVID-related issues. The only disappointment is that the stroller arrived in the wrong color and despite email exchanges with photo proof... no news... I am waiting!
