Navigation on the site is quite easy-
customer service is very pleasant and helpful - the only downside regarding this service, although you can have contact by email and the response is quick, the opening hours for phone calls are too limited.
I want to provide information that may be useful to other customers.
I had a lot of difficulty finding a carrier for the return of my package - size problem (as it exceeds 150 cm when summing the 3 sides) and the price for me was around 50 euros (for an item paid 85, I found that inappropriate and very annoying) - this situation caused me a lot of stress, wasted time, and annoyance.
Fortunately, I was able to reach the Bebe2luxe office by phone, where I explained my issue and the person gave me the names of two carriers that handle this type of package for an
