Customer reviews of BEBE2LUXE

Super delivered on time

Very good, but unfortunately received the wrong color.. Still installed it because it was very urgent. It rubs a lot on the bench when I pivot it, I don't know if it's my installation that's wrong. Too bad there are no videos :)

Very happy delivery arrived on time just the buttons on the sides for folding or changing position are very hard

The product is what I expected, but a small gesture for the shipping costs would not be negligible

The product matches the photos on the site. And I am happy with the item. Plus, the delivery was fast.

Easy to use but be careful, it's very fragile (but for 80€ you can't ask for too much). Regarding delivery and order handling, there is nothing better, honestly, it's very fast, really top-notch, bought on a Sunday, delivered 2 days later.

Order received quickly, very satisfied with the product except for a slight defect that I reported, they offered to change it right away, very responsive customer service, otherwise very good product.

Smooth

The site is good and the customer service responds very quickly to concerns

Order from 30.12, arrived on 06.01 a bit late

Good

Delivery service very fast, nothing to say. The site is very easy.

Received faster than expected

Very satisfied with the item especially for the price, works very well, can't wait to use it with the baby inside. The only downside is that you shouldn't lean on it, it remains fragile, but for the first months of the baby, it will be perfect, light and easy to move from one room to another.

A choice with attractive prices

Very satisfied with the product

Very satisfied. Order received in about 1 week. Nothing to say.

Nothing to report.

Good

The item matches the description, we are delighted with this gift received for our baby.

....

I recommend this stroller.

Very good site.

Delivery times correct with a little worry because the package stayed in transit for 3 days in our city before arriving at our home.

Thank you bebe2luxe for your rigor

Good site

Perfect, nothing to say

Product meets expectations.

Super good, my son adopted it and so did we!! Only downside is that we can't connect the phone and there are no wheels (we thought all that was included)

Good swing, just needs a bit more speed, otherwise it's fine.

I received it quickly. It works wonderfully, but the only downside is that it's a shame there are no wheels underneath to move it because it's a bit heavy.

Quite simple.

Very fast delivery. For now, I am satisfied with the seat, very easy to handle for installing the baby.

Order received very quickly, however I will not advertise the carrier GLS who refused to deliver to my home and who, as the last name sounded familiar to him, delivered to my sister's workplace several kilometers from my home. I am pregnant and need to limit my car trips, that's why we chose home delivery. The delivery man categorically refused to deliver to my home when my sister said it was not for you, you are mistaken. He didn't want to hear anything and left the package at her workplace (which could have caused her problems with her bosses). It's shameful. Regarding the transat, nothing to complain about, it matches the description. I am satisfied for now after testing it with Dad while waiting for the baby to arrive.

thank you

Clear site, detailed product information. Competitive prices and fast delivery.

Thank you

Satisfied, I recommend it.

No complaints about the site but not really satisfied with the delivery as it was postponed twice and the package arrived torn.

High shipping costs but order received in 2 days.
