Perfect purchase delivery. However, the site is not the most practical!

Just missing wheels to get 5 stars! But otherwise a very good chair!! Happy with my purchase.

The strap to secure the baby seems to glitch from time to time but nothing too serious. Baby has a perfectly inclined position. Turns 360 easily. Very easy to install. Good quality-price ratio.

Everything is fine, only downside is the delay in receiving the seat, which I would have liked to know at the time of purchase... but the seat is impeccable, I am delighted.

Good site and good product, no disappointment with my purchases from bebe2luxe.
One piece of advice, do go for delivery to a pickup point as the carrier GLS is not reliable.

The products are of quality. It's just a shame that we have so little choice. Otherwise, I would have bought everything on this site.

I don't give 5 stars because I requested delivery to a relay point and it arrived at my home. (Surely a computer bug). Otherwise, great. The delivery person was very nice and the product easy to install in the car.

Super product, perfectly meets our expectations. The quality is there! However, the delivery was chaotic: no prior contact and therefore an imposed delivery day. Communication with the transport company is CHARGEABLE and it is suggested to leave the order on site, out of sight, and not a new date... Royal!!!

Fast delivery and product conforms and is of good quality. I do not give 5 stars because the isofix system is a bit difficult to install and the harness buckle is plastic. Given the price, I had hoped for a metal buckle.

I haven't used the swing yet, as the baby is not arriving until October. However, I have already assembled it, and it seems good despite my strong concern when I saw the state of the box upon delivery.

The product is excellent. Very stable, secure, and entertaining for the baby. It lacks wheels to be perfect! However, GLS is not a very serious delivery service... Two delivery attempts canceled without even informing me, I spent two days at home waiting for the delivery person who kept it to deliver it on Saturday when he normally doesn't work...

I only give 4 stars because I haven't mounted it yet and don't have enough feedback to talk about it! But the delivery was super fast. Incredible efficiency on that, unbeatable price....
