Product as described. Easy assembly of the car seat and quick handling. One star less because the delivery time was long. The service of the GLS carrier needs to be reviewed as their delivery commitments were not respected at all.

The delivery time for our order was far too long. Difficulties encountered in contacting customer service: email sent remained unanswered, phone calls in vain (voicemail full), no possibility to reach the carrier without a delivery reference and a phone call without response. However, a package was delivered on July 24 (order on the 1st). The item is in good condition and satisfies us.
