The car seat received seems very good. I haven't installed it in the car or tested it in a real situation with my baby yet, but the quality seems to be good. The only negative point: a customer service that is impossible to reach by email on the site. The delivery is quite fast, even though one corner of the package was damaged and the foam on one side of the seat bears some marks. However, I don't think this affects the quality of the seat (at least I hope so). But overall, I am happy with my purchase and would do it again.

Responsiveness to my request. The only downside is that you should change your carrier: indeed, GLS came once but did not ring the bell and there was no delivery notice in the mailbox even though we were present, the second delivery went better.

It is very beautiful and of good quality. The app on the phone to manage the swing orders is great because the buttons on the swing are not obvious. As mentioned in several comments, the only flaw we can find is that it lacks wheels... but otherwise it is really top top!!!!
