Not great communication on your part as I asked a question by email right after placing my order but I never received a response and then when I received my package I was very surprised to see that there was no cardboard packaging, only the original packaging of the swing so needless to say that the box arrived very damaged so I will be giving a nice swing but with a damaged package, as if it came from a second-hand merchant. Following an order of a swing that is super good and received on time. The only issue is that speed 1 of the swing goes too fast and the crying detector does not work. I contacted customer service and they are supposed to send me a module. It has been 15 days since I reported my issue and my baby has not been able to fully enjoy his swing for 15 days. The delivery was chaotic: not delivered on time despite the misleading emails from the site, + huge phone bill after 15 calls with their delivery service. And after more than 10 days we finally received it... far from the 2-3 days. And no reimbursement of delivery costs.
For the seat okay but the seatbelt closure system is not practical at all.
