A simple, effective tool

Good tool with interesting functionalities, but a lack of customization of notifications to distinguish between tasks that are assigned to me and those that are not, which can quickly lead to spam and, at the same time, abandonment of the follow-up that is so essential for a project management tool.

Good ergonomics, easy to use once the right rules are in place. Evolutions were added to meet our needs (GitLab and Outlook connectors).

If there was a mind mapping feature, then it would be 5 stars across the board for me.

Bertrand's pre-sales service is top-notch, the 2-hour training course for getting started is good, and the beginners' after-sales service is useful, even if the application is very simple to use. The functionalities are enough for me at the moment, so I'm satisfied. I'm waiting for feedback from my team, who will be trained shortly, to give an overall opinion.My first regret, however, is that invited guests, in my case the site suppliers, can't see the site Gantt, which is easier to read than the task kanban.

I really like the software and I have recently bought more codes. I do not use the timelines, I rather use it like a Trello board. I also use it to cooperation with my webdesign customers so that we have all the info in one place (instead of sending 1,000 emails). But there are a few things that could be better regarding usability. One example is upload of complete folders. Another is the fact that it is very cumbersome to change existing comments. First you always have to click on edit and only then you can change it. Moreover, if you work on a comment and have to past numerous links you always have to click edit again to be able to edit the comment.

It's a great tool, which can be used to renew traditional e-learning formats. Ecape game templates could be more varied, with some models less childish or game-oriented.

Easy to use and ergonomic

Absolutely beautiful AI with solid response and some real niceties, like dragging tasks to different projects. The timeline view is just about flawless--many other web Gantt charts are glitchy or complicated. The mobile app is very reliable. I would give them a 5, but am still waiting on some features, like an API for integrations, re-ording subtasks, descriptions in tasks (currently you have to make do with comments if you want to add prose to your tasks.

Easy to work with The experience is great and it helps us sort all our projects and task, as well as share what's going on with teams working from other offices. Can't wait to see the new features Beesbusy will likely introduce Beesbusy is easy to work with which makes it easy to implement in the company as it allows for fast training for the whole team. We can teach each one how to use beesbusy in around 5 minutes and that makes people use the tool more, rather than other softwares that may be tricky to use. Also, being able to create GANTT diagrams within the tool is really helpful.

Nice tool to manage personal and professional tasks I like that this tool is easy and quick to master and that I can manage my projects on my computer and on my mobile if I am on the go (contrary to other similar tools for project management). I can add co-workers or friends to my projects so we can work together or exchange about it. I also love that I can dissociate my personal projects from my professional ones while beeing able to manage them on one unique tool.
