A complete software package for managing projects from A to Z. Wide range of settings, so you can really personalize your projects. It's rare to find software with a GANTT schedule that lets you manage and modify your projects. I'd recommend it.

Beesbusy is a comprehensive, well thought-out and easy-to-use tool. The experience is highly visual, and it's a pleasure to enter project information. The tool provides a clear view of the tasks to be carried out, the team's workload and the time spent. Having tested other well-known tools, this is by far the most relevant for a consulting agency.

For over a year, Beesbusy has been my preferred platform for managing all my personal projects, my writing projects as part of my Markind saga and the follow-up to my Lesgoodnews website. I now also use it on a daily basis to keep track of my professional projects as a systems administrator and Oracle DBA. This tool perfectly combines simplicity and efficiency. Ease of use, from a simplified mode (basic todolist) to a collaborative mode with time management, with easy progression from one mode to the other. Self-learning with increasing detail/difficulty, accessible to a public with a wide range of skills.

So far I am very happy with Beesbusy.I feel it is very easy to use. It was not difficult to learn at all, but I am used to more complex tools of project management. It might look complicated for new users with no previous experience with this kind of tool.It is great for a small team or for your personal use. I was looking for something affordable and not very complex. For me, it is very important to be able to see different projects in the same timeline because I have to work on small projects at the same time. The multi-project view is great in this case, but it can also be confusing if you are messy.

Very pleasant to use, but could be improved: possibility of exporting tasks to files for each project so that everyone's tasks can be archived.
