out of the 10 pairs of socks, 1 was missing and there were 2 color mistakes! a mistake is always possible. A phone call to the manager and a welcome at the LLN kiosk solved the problem with kindness and confidence. Thank you and continue in the same spirit! Carine

as soon as I wear it, the threads start to unravel, same for the pair of gloves I bought at the marjolaine salon. The wool is great but I'm very disappointed that it doesn't hold, especially considering the price

I ordered socks in baby alpaca wool and bamboo. The package was perfect. A small drawback: the socks are stuck to the cardboard. It seems to me that they are less thick than the previous editions. I am a customer since 2017. The socks are very warm and very resistant. Excellent quality

I am above the reception of the envelope, I expected a quality packaging especially that one asks in "gift package" and that one finds all just wrapped like a steak in a tissue paper .... I have not opened the "gift" I hope that at the price of my article the quality will be there
