The slippers are perfect... So it's even more frustrating to have to throw them away after only a few days of use (and I assure you that you get used to them quickly...). They are so comfortable that my partner ended up trying them on, oh no! I float in them, they no longer hold my feet and it becomes dangerous. Not worth buying a new pair. What a shame!

quality duvet. However, the shipping box arrived with one side torn. There could have been tears in the duvet. A sturdier box should be used and the duvet should be wrapped in plastic protection in addition to the bag.

One of the ordered socks was damaged during the very tight packaging (plastic needle) when opening. I reported this immediately to customer service. That was at the beginning of May! The quality of the socks is great and I would have liked to place a reorder. But with such customer service, this was the first and last time.

The product is beautiful, but I ordered this one for Valentine's Day with the €3 gift wrapping option. However, the product arrived today with a 2-week delay and, on top of that, WITHOUT gift wrapping!! I demand a refund for this option. Carmelo Zaccone BCO10809 from 9/2/2025.

I received my order with a size error on one of the two pairs of socks purchased. After checking, the error was not mine. I emailed to ask for an exchange, but I still haven't received a reply. In my opinion, not replying to customers shows a lack of respect. Despite the quality of your products, this experience makes me want to go elsewhere.

As much as I'm delighted with the socks and slippers (soft and warm, as advertised) I bought, I have to say that I had a hard time finding what I wanted, as the site is really unclear. It's impossible to make the connection between the general description of the different product qualities according to their composition (at the beginning) and the products themselves. The site's lack of ergonomics doesn't make me want to repeat the experience. Delivery is on time. The products are carefully packaged.

I had already bought a pair of socks from bellepaga about two years ago.fast and efficient delivery. Very good quality. They keep the heat in without excessive sweating. The only downside is the elastic. I can't wear them like regular socks, I have to make cuffs to reduce the effect of the elastic. that's why I don't buy more. It's a pity, because otherwise it's a great sock.
