Navigation on the site and communication with the merchant team at the top. Soft, comfortable and warm socks. However, they started pilling the first time I wore them. I don't know if it's normal that it happens so quickly because it's my first purchase of socks in this material, but I'm still a little disappointed.

quality product, but the carrier Mondial Relay is not serious. Parcel sent on 12/12 received on 22/12, in the meantime I was asked to change the chosen relay point (20 km away) to finally deliver to the initial relay point without any explanation or SMS notifying me of the change.

The quality of the scarf and its size are great. However, the color is off-white. And on the internet, it appears to be pure white. Also, the little piece of iron, which shows that it belongs to the brand, fell off after the first day. Despite the quality of the fabric and its shipment, which is, it must be said, meticulously followed, the asking price is clearly not justified. Between 30/40 still passes, but not more than 65 in discount.

I ordered socks in baby alpaca wool and bamboo. The package was perfect. A small drawback: the socks are stuck to the cardboard. It seems to me that they are less thick than the previous editions. I am a customer since 2017. The socks are very warm and very resistant. Excellent quality
