The products seem very good to me for now. I don't have enough perspective to judge the quality over time and depending on the whims of the weather. However, the package tracking service is TERRIBLE. At no point was I able to know that it was your company that was responsible for the delivery and, above all, at no point was I able to know WHERE my package was or on what exact date it would be delivered.

However, the mention of guaranteed delivery before Christmas, which encouraged me to order from this site, was misleading, as the parcel arrived after Christmas. A shame. Pleasant customer service.

The quality of the scarf and its size are great. However, the color is off-white. And on the internet, it appears to be pure white. Also, the little piece of iron, which shows that it belongs to the brand, fell off after the first day. Despite the quality of the fabric and its shipment, which is, it must be said, meticulously followed, the asking price is clearly not justified.
