Regarding the chain guard, please note that it allows your Bemoov's chain to require very little maintenance. However, if you need to clean or lubricate it, you must first remove the rear plastic piece (located on the sprocket), then the front plastic piece (located on the chainring). To do this, you need to loosen the two bolts securing the rear wheel. By then pushing the rear tire slightly forward, you will reduce the tension on the chain, and the two plastic pieces can be pushed inward and removed more easily (Caution: these pieces can break under excessive force. Act delicately). After removing these intermediate pieces, you can easily access the chain and lubricate it if necessary.
In case of difficulty or complete removal of the chain guard, you should have it done by a mechanic in a specialized workshop, as special tools are required to remove the various clips.
