Very good equipment. Tire inflation not done, too bad...with a simple pump, it's hard...

Very good availability and responsiveness from the Bemoov team. They did everything to ensure that the bike arrived on time and that my son could receive it for his birthday. My 3 year old went from his Bemoov draisienne to his 14" bike without a hitch, and he's riding like a champ all by himself!

The quality of the bike, but direct delivery without going through a dealer requires quite a bit of adjustment. But the after-sales service is top-notch.

My little girl struggled with the bike we found for her: too heavy, not easy to handle, she didn't dare. With her Bemoov, she was on her own in 5 minutes. :-)

We were hooked by the quality and design, then the ergonomics of the draisienne, which our little Jeanne adopted straight away!

At last, a nice, light bike for my son, who used to stop every two minutes on his old bike, which was heavy for his weight; now he's the one who has to wait for me! Serious seller, to be recommended.
