They mistakenly sent me a cognac instead of the (expensive) wine that I ordered. They did, however, fix their mistake and sent me the correct bottle. They offered me to buy the cognac for a discounted price, but this "discounted price" was higher than I could find in other shops. They sent me a return label for the cognac that did not work, so I had to go to the DHL shop twice. In the end I just got a lot of trouble and no compensation at all.

Trick 17 on shipping costs for customers outside France creates dissatisfied customers, will never buy there again.
