The order was handled quickly but there was a problem with the delivery that was postponed twice and then refused by the parcel pickup point which was on the list of available pickup points! No explanation for this refusal to take the package despite my request. I had to go pick up the very large package at another pickup point. I had to insist a bit with the bewak support to get a response about the status of my package. The package arrived in good condition but it was a bit complicated for me to receive it.

My colleague who handled your case has reported this incident to the carrier. After investigation, your package could not be accepted by the pickup point you selected because it weighed more than 20 kg (maximum weight allowed in standard pickup points), it had to be delivered to an XL pickup point where packages can weigh up to 30 kg. Purchase of a pair of TSL carbon trail poles, unbeatable price, delivery and receipt ahead of schedule, extraordinary customer service to address my glove size issue. I was disappointed with the transport bag for the poles which was not as shown in the photo: 15 days later I received a new bag and a new pair of gloves at no extra cost! Perfect service and faster than announced. However, it is ridiculous to send 9 emails when the objective information they contain could be put into one, for the greater benefit of the planet. Similarly, asking for 3 authentication numbers does not add anything more than the first in terms of security. If you want to let me know that you will not objectively take this feedback into account and that it only serves to boost your image with your superior, you just need to not acknowledge receipt of it.

I received my package quickly and it was as described, however I was not notified of its arrival which was supposed to be in a locker, I found out by tracking the package on the carrier's site. Additionally, the package being wrapped in a box that was too large, it did not fit in the locker compartments and was left outside, in front of a store, without the store staff being informed. It was a customer who found it outside and brought it to the store who informed me. Without that, the package could have been stolen…
