The delivery took place quickly, and I was able to have an interesting phone conversation with the seller (who convinced me to buy less than I had planned! :-) )

Despite the lockdown, I found Frédéric SANCHEZ very available, with good advice. Moreover, the videos are a real plus for the purchase. Thank you to him and see you very soon for my next order!

Response from BIOPUR HABITAT
Hello, your rating is quite severe! It is I, Frédéric Sanchez, who takes care of the shipping... Biopur habitat is a craft company and not a multinational... I think I reacted quickly as you pointed out since your package hadn't even been opened.

If you could reconsider your rating it would be nice for my work. Best regards

Good product and especially very good explanations on how they work. This is what I look for in a store above all, clear characteristics and explanations about the products for sale.

When I ordered, the product was out of stock, a month later still nothing, but strangely after a somewhat angry message from me, the package arrived very quickly

Response from BIOPUR HABITAT
Hello, despite our responses to your insulting messages, the delay in restocking was caused by the coronavirus.
Many companies that use certain parts from China have suffered the same problems.
Apparently, you have decided not to be understanding and remain insensitive to the current situation affecting France and Europe... It's your right, it's also ours to keep a copy of your hateful messages.
