Why make very practical kits if there is a missing essential part for proper assembly? On the other hand, the faucet thread was too short for the thickness of the worktop. Many imperfections for an expensive kit. Otherwise, communication exists and is effective. This is a good point because often there is no one at customer service in these online sales sites.

When I ordered, the product was out of stock, a month later still nothing, but strangely after a somewhat angry message from me, the package arrived very quickly
