Why make very practical kits if there is a missing essential part for proper assembly? On the other hand, the faucet thread was too short for the thickness of the worktop. Many imperfections for an expensive kit. Otherwise, communication exists and is effective. This is a good point because often there is no one at customer service in these online sales sites.

Good products, interesting explanations but the navigation as I personally perceived it could be improved<br>Indeed, to reach a product, you have to go through:<br>- 'top packs' which do not list (by definition) all packs, or<br>- by a theme, which gives interesting explanations, but continues with products from another theme (e.g. purifiers in limestone treatment), while one expects all products fulfilling the function, clearly classified according to the classification made in the explanations.<br><br>Moreover, when searching for a product that has already been ordered, there is only the 'search' function (the magnifying glass)
