I had pre-ordered an item. I got an email saying that it had been shipped but strangely I had no tracking number. After sending an email my problem was solved and I received it a good week late. On the other hand, in terms of product quality, there's nothing to complain about. The t-shirt is really well thought-out, still a bit big for my 9-year-old but he'll enjoy it longer. As for the gloves, I went directly to a very professional retailer and they're top-notch too. I highly recommend your products.
