The delivery delay (+6 days) is unfortunately related to the temporary closure of the selected relay point - a situation independent of our will and managed by Colissimo. We do not have an internal delivery fleet, and like many structures, we depend on national postal services, which can sometimes encounter logistical issues. As soon as you called, we proposed a concrete solution for you to receive the product quickly: placing a new order (with a commercial discount), shipping to a new valid address, in order to receive it within a maximum of 3 days. In the meantime, we initiated a claim procedure for the initial package. But you preferred to refuse this solution and immediately initiate a PayPal dispute, which had the effect of blocking the entire process and further delaying the receipt of the product. We understand your disappointment regarding the delay, but in this specific case, we showed listening and responsiveness, by offering you a quick and advantageous alternative, which you declined. Moreover, requesting a refund while the package is in transit and solutions have been proposed is not very constructive. However, after checking the tracking, it seems that a delay was caused by Chronopost on 17/12, which indicates routing to another pickup point, which does not correspond to the deadlines of an express delivery.
