I never received the package, I ordered a lucky bell for a biker, supposedly delivered in a mailbox by the post, except that there is nothing, I contacted them (the purchasing company), but they refuse to refund me, I exchanged emails with them, instead of a refund they want to offer me "I can offer you the sending of a new bell for a fee of 10€ for colissimo relay (you will understand that I cannot take the entirety of the order at my expense knowing that the post confirms delivery). I obviously refused and filed a complaint with the DGCCRF for non-compliance with the delivery obligation, I then have to go file a complaint at the police station. I do not recommend at all, since there is no way to get a refund in case of loss and/or theft of the package.
