Fast shipping. EXCELLENT phone communication! The size of one of the rings I ordered was not compatible with my finger size. The very nice and efficient person I contacted told me on the phone the best way to handle this problem. I placed my order for 3 chains (necklace) to add a pendant that was given to me for my birthday. Unfortunately the clasp of one of the three chains arrived broken, leaving me to doubt the quality of the chains. I would like to make a return and be refunded.
