The chain broke after an hour that my partner had it around their neck... without making any inappropriate gesture.

I never received the package, I ordered a lucky bell for a biker, supposedly delivered in a mailbox by the post, except that there is nothing, I contacted them (the purchasing company), but they refuse to refund me, I exchanged emails with them, instead of a refund they want to offer me "I can offer you the sending of a new bell for a fee of 10€ for colissimo relay (you will understand that I cannot take the entirety of the order at my expense knowing that the post confirms delivery). If this solution suits you, I can send you a payment request via PayPal to pay by credit card." I obviously refused and filed a complaint with the DGCCRF for non-compliance with the delivery obligation, I then have to go file a complaint at the police station. I do not recommend at all, since there is no way to get a refund in case of loss and/or theft of the package.

I received my package quickly, but after a month and a half the earring falls from my ear, the stem came off, I contacted customer service and they offered me no solution except to try to fix the stem myself! Very disappointed, I will not order again.

The ring I bought is one of the more expensive ones and the size you see in the video is nowhere near the same.... Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
