After a first disappointing reception following a defect on a signet ring, I sent an email. A person answered me quickly and sent me back a new signet ring, received 3 days later. The new signet ring was very well made. Very satisfied. I wish I had this the first time next time 😉

Size does not match, we wanted to make an exchange but the product is not in stock for a few months, so for the moment we can not be fully satisfied until the operation is completed. Sav is however very contactable but the site should be developed on the side update of the stock and to be able to put an alert on the products and the exact size without having to wait that all is out of stock to be able to do it.
