Hello, I ordered a wheel but the chain was too small compared to the first one I bought and so I lost the chain but not the wheel itself. So I'm disappointed that I can't put it on anymore. I asked specifically in my order that the 3 necklaces have 60 cm. However the 3rd one with the Egyptian cross is only 55 cm and the ring for the clasp is tiny. It would have been better to propose an additional price and respect the order. I will put the Egyptian pendant on the other necklaces and see if someone can modify the 55 cm necklace.

Size does not match, we wanted to make an exchange but the product is not in stock for a few months, so for the moment we can not be fully satisfied until the operation is completed. Sav is however very contactable but the site should be developed on the side update of the stock and to be able to put an alert on the products and the exact size without having to wait that all is out of stock to be able to do it.
