Just a comment for you to keep in mind. I placed an order with three wineries on the same day, with only a few minutes difference between each... of 12 bottles each. The other two were Muga and Arzuaga. Both orders arrived in less than 48 hours, while the one from Habla arrived about 6 days after I placed it. For me, it doesn't matter if it's two days or six. What I see is that there is an order management and delivery process that has room for improvement.

When I placed my order, I did not receive any communication with a tracking number to know if it had been delivered or not. I had to send an email to ask if it was possible to get a code for tracking the package. They certainly responded very kindly. As a suggestion, I would also add that they include if the order is for a gift and if you want to include a note. I put it in the shipping observations, but I think that option should exist.

Well, I really like your wine, but what I don't like is that I make a direct order to your facilities assuming that you have a better price or the same as in some local store, and it turns out that I arrive at the butcher shop in my town and see the same wines I bought, some bottles several euros cheaper. A disappointment, to be honest.

Terrible experience. Guided tour focused on the cachet of their wines, as it is only accessible to people with a high level and how 'ordinary' people could acquire talk of the land (all this said literally by our guide). Wine tasting mixing flavors without letting appreciate the different tastes, and disgusted look from the guide when mentioning preferences. Obviously, we will not repeat and we have obviously conveyed our feelings to the ordinary people around us so they don't waste money on such a high cachet company.

The purchasing process was slow and cumbersome, requiring many repetitions to make the payment (another day we even stopped trying).
