The delivery was delayed because a bottle broke. They should have communicated that to me, I was the one who called surprised by the delay

Arrived quickly and in its boxes which gives it a better appearance. I miss a tracking of the shipment or status update of the shipment.

I knew HABLA DE TÍ, DE LA TIERRA Y EL SILENCIO. They seduced me from the first time. That's why the order. The presentation cannot be improved. It is wonderful. Everything arrived spotless. The packaging is optimal. Just one detail. I find it difficult to open the glass stopper. Any advice on that? Thank you for providing me with such pleasant moments.

During the guided tour I missed more information about the wine and maybe too much about the history of the winery.

Terrible experience. Guided tour focused on the cachet of their wines, as it is only accessible to people with a high level and how 'ordinary' people could acquire talk of the land (all this said literally by our guide). Wine tasting mixing flavors without letting appreciate the different tastes, and disgusted look from the guide when mentioning preferences. Obviously, we will not repeat and we have obviously conveyed our feelings to the ordinary people around us so they don't waste money on such a high cachet company.
