I liked the speed and the packaging could be improved with a cardboard box.

I met you in Cáceres and have followed you since then. I still need to meet you in person with a visit to the winery. I hope to do it soon.

For large orders (6 bottles or more) it is very aesthetic but not very useful to go in individual boxes: in my case they go directly to the wine rack and the boxes to recycle

Regarding the wine, I think the "Habla del silencio" is excellent. I haven't tried the rest of the wines yet. Regarding the management of orders, some websites overwhelm you with messages about the process (now we have packaged it, now it has a label, now the person who has to send it is having a beer, oh no, a bottle broke, now we put another one, oh no, the person who was supposed to put it got the wrong bottle, etc). I found the information a bit sparse. A simple "Your order has been shipped. It is expected to arrive in 24-48 hours" would seem better to me. But this depends on personal taste.

The delivery time is too long and the information provided - only after asking - from customer service is brief and insufficient. Good packaging.

It is a very positive experience because both the wines and their presentation and format are of a very high level.
