The quality of the product is excellent, but the logistics leave much to be desired. It took a long time to arrive, and the communication with the transport company was poor.

When I placed my order, I did not receive any communication with a tracking number to know if it had been delivered or not. I had to send an email to ask if it was possible to get a code for tracking the package. They certainly responded very kindly. As a suggestion, I would also add that they include if the order is for a gift and if you want to include a note. I put it in the shipping observations, but I think that option should exist.

Well, I really like your wine, but what I don't like is that I make a direct order to your facilities assuming that you have a better price or the same as in some local store, and it turns out that I arrive at the butcher shop in my town and see the same wines I bought, some bottles several euros cheaper. A disappointment, to be honest.

The delivery time is too long and the information provided - only after asking - from customer service is brief and insufficient. Good packaging.

In my experience with my online order, I couldn't track it, I didn't see any link on the page to do so.
