But we don't think you can expect candies paying less than 5 euros a kilo to be perfectly cut like a piece of goldsmith's work. So, sorry, but manufacturers, even Haribo and Lutti, slip us a few ugly candies in the packets, and we won't be able to take them back or compensate you! As for the red stains, there's a very good chance that they're red ink. As for the open bag, it could have torn during transport. In that case, we should have protected it even better so that it arrived intact. We're already trying to do this, but sometimes the transport conditions get the better of all our protection. The shocks received by the parcels explain why some outer packaging is "crumpled" and repeated rubbing erases certain ink inscriptions.
