Your order was paid for on Tuesday August 16th at 3pm, it was prepared and picked up by the carrier on Wednesday August 17th, and delivery was made on Friday August 19th, whereas the maximum delivery time announced when you placed your order was August 24th. 48 hours for a pallet is worthy of an EXPRESS transport in the world of transport! In this case, despite all our good will, it will be very difficult for us to go any faster! Next time you order, just remember to read the estimated delivery date. And if we really do exceed this date, we can then turn to the carrier who has committed to us to meet these deadlines.
