Hello and thank you for your opinion and comment. We apologize again for this inconvenience. Our preparer did not transcribe the complete address. As you immediately informed us, as you were able to follow the shipment step by step thanks to our FLEX DELIVERY solution, we were able to modify and add the missing information. Well, in the end it was useless as you preferred to go to the GLS depot rather than wait another 24 hours. Please note that you can also change the delivery address or day yourself, thanks to the link we send you as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouses.

Received less than a week later. Very good condition. A little disappointed however by the packaging of the gummy bears which were just put in a bag + cardboard but under everything else so the box had opened...

Thank you again for your order and for taking the time to share your experience. The marshmallow bears are packaged by the famous manufacturer Lutti. They are packaged for wholesale and are very simple and easy to open. But perhaps your comment will prompt us to close these cartons better, as sometimes they're already slightly ajar, even though they're delivered to us on pallets directly from Lutti. Thank you again for your understanding and for not holding it against us ;)
