Good products, however I did not appreciate the aggressiveness of a colleague on the phone following the return of a pallet. Nowhere was it indicated that the pallet should not be returned. There are more appropriate ways to communicate with customers.

Hello, I really liked the order itself, but I was disturbed by the fact that the delivery did not arrive as expected in 2-3 business days, but took longer. As a result, the items were not available in time for my sales event. Additionally, the squid-shaped candies were crushed and did not look nice.
