Received less than a week later. Very good condition. A little disappointed however by the packaging of the gummy bears which were just put in a bag + cardboard but under everything else so the box had opened...

Thank you again for your order and for taking the time to share your experience. The marshmallow bears are packaged by the famous manufacturer Lutti. They are packaged for wholesale and are very simple and easy to open. But perhaps your comment will prompt us to close these cartons better, as sometimes they're already slightly ajar, even though they're delivered to us on pallets directly from Lutti. Thank you again for your understanding and for not holding it against us ;)

We apologize for the cracked display stand, which has been compensated. We try to protect as much as possible the items we ship by GLS. But sometimes, the treatment received by some boxes is such that our protections are not enough. We'll try to add more protection for our next Plexiglas display shipments. Or maybe we'll just ship them on pallets.
As for the open mushroom package, we could have the same explanation, but we didn't charge for it on your order. Either you didn't buy them from us, or the preparer made a mistake and you got them for free.

Thank you for your order and for your confidence in us. We understand that it may seem expensive, but you should know that we only ask for a contribution. The actual cost of transport is much higher. Since we're in the south of France, the pallet crosses the whole country, and the price is indexed to the kilometers covered. Otherwise, for Brittany, we offer transport for orders of 500 euros or more. We look forward to seeing you on our site!

Sorry about the damaged cored cables. As we explained to you over the phone, the heat has made this product brittle, and as soon as the carrier mistreats the package, the cables break. To prevent this kind of accident from happening again, we only ship them on pallets during the summer months. We also hope that the solution we have proposed to repair this damage has been acceptable to you.
